Taco Bell Foods Tested for Gluten

Disclaimer:  These are only tests of samples; and accordingly, they are not a guarantee as to whether the tested food contains the tested substance.

Summary:  As of March 2015, four foods were tested for gluten from two different Taco Bell locations. Three of the test were on the Dorito Locos taco shells, and they were all negative - some even to 5 PPM. Two of the test were on the seasoned meat in the Dorito Locos taco, and they were both positive for gluten at 20 PPM and even down to 5 PPM.
